OREANDA-NEWS. February 05, 2014. Herewith Swedbank AS gives notice that on 12 February 2013 amendments into the Terms and Conditions of the Master Agreement for Financial Transactions will enter into force.
 
Amendments arise from the necessity to ensure the conformity of the agreement with EU regulation 648/2012 and its implementation acts (EMIR) which, among other things, impose additional obligations to persons who do derivatives transactions. Main amendments concern issues related to derivatives reporting, however other minor specifications have been made as well.
