OREANDA-NEWS. SCM LIMITED now owns 100% of shares in DTEK Holdings B.V.

SCM (SYSTEM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT) LIMITED (fully owned by the SCM Group) purchased 25% of shares of E.R. EASTENERGY RESOURCE LIMITED (fully owned by the SCM Group) and thus now owns 100% of shares of DTEK Holdings B.V.

The transaction was a part of SCM Group corporate restructuring.
