OREANDA-NEWS. February 04, 2014. CCCC has recently won the bid for the construction project in Dunhua-Fusong section of Dunhua-Tonghua Highway. CCCC First Highway Consultants Co., Ltd., CCCC Highway Consultants Co., Ltd., CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., Road & Bridge International Co., Ltd. and CCCC Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. were involved in design and construction, with a contract value of 10.13 billion yuan and a construction period of 1,005 days.

As an integral part of Hegang-Dalian Highway (state highway), the project is an important transportation channel running through the eastern region of the three provinces of northeast China as well as one of Jilin's important south outward channels. The project involves subgrade, pavement and bridge works; with a full length of 232.262 kilometers and a subgrade width of 24.5 meters, the project will be constructed in accordance with the standard of two-way four-lane highways.

After its completion, the project will make Hegang-Dalian Highway run through the eastern region of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces, and become an express marine channel of international trade linking the eastern part of northeast China to East and North Asian regions like DPRK, Korea and Japan.
