OREANDA-NEWS. February 04, 2014. By the results of the ninth Republican Quality contest for the prizes of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013 "Tatneft-AZS Center" was awarded the winner's title for achieving significant results in the quality of products and services, safety and  introduction of high-quality management methods.

The awards presentation ceremony to the laureates and winners took place at the Government House in Kazan.

The event was attended by Ildar Khalikov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, who is Chairman of the Contest Board, Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade, Andrey Yashin, Director of the Volga Quality Center, heads of ministries and departments, enterprises and media agencies of the Republic.

OOO "Tatneft-AZS Center" participated in this prestigious contest in 2011 and 2012 and had twice received the highest scores with the rank of the contest winner. High results had been achieved thanks to the efforts, experience and high professionalism of the management and the team of professionals working in the enterprise.

The winner of the contest ensures its position as a leader, reputation as a reliable supplier of high quality, competitive products and services. The title obtained is intended to help attracting new customers and partners.

One of the priority tasks of "Tatneft-AZS Center" is to ensure the quality of the products sold, which is implemented through application of a multi-level control system for all the process operations with oil products (reception, storage, transportation and distribution). To this end the company has five accredited stationary testing laboratories and a mobile express-laboratory furnished with modern equipment.

In the production operations the Joint Stock Company leads the charge and continues   developing. At the present time, there is a project being implemented to introduce lean production techniques at the enterprises of the JSC TATNEFT's retail sales network aimed at improving the operating efficiency of "Tatneft-AZS Center" and elimination of losses.

The work is also continued in the system of voluntary TEK CERT certification of the filling stations with the operating stations affirming the technical condition of the facilities to the regulatory requirements. The voluntary certification points to the high products quality and confirms the openness and responsibility to consumers and the public.
