OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 January 2014, the Customer Committee (CSD Customer Committee) of National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's central securities depository, held a meeting to discuss reducing the fee for safekeeping of Gazprom JSC's shares to the level of the fees for safekeeping of other Russian issuers' shares. This issue was included in the agenda of the meeting due to completion of the process of transferring Gazprom shares from NSD's account with Gazprombank OJSC's depository to NSD's CSD nominee account.

The members of the Customer Committee approved the new versions of the Fees both for depository services and for central securities depository services. The Committee recommended that the Supervisory Board approve the new documents and to publish them.
