Estonian Business Debt Shrinking Rapidly, Says Credit Agency
OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2014. Tax debt or debt to other businesses for goods or services declined by around a half last year, according to credit information agency Krediidiinfo.
Statistics released by the company showed that B2B debt declined to 42 million euros in 2013, down from 122 million the previous year.
Tax owed to the state decreased by 40 percent to 40 million euros, while the number of businesses in trouble with payments to other businesses or to the state shrank by 67 percent to fewer than 3,000 companies out of 68,000.
