"We are seriously looking at Kazakhstan's position in the ranking of Doing Business. According to the index, "Dealing with Construction Permits " Kazakhstan remained at 145th place, although that was the issue for years. I have issued the challenge and deadlines to the Ministry of Regional Development, the Akims to reverse this situation. It is not normal when it is impossible to obtain permission for months and years," S. Akhmetov expressed his indignation.
At the same time, according to the Head of Government, there is a clear, understandable system of interaction between business and government. "I think this system will work in all of the National Chamber committees, ministries and departments," he added.

Equally important issue is the openness of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs activity, S. Akhmetov said.
"I would like to warn the House that will represent the interests of business, so that it gradually would not turn into a “public authority”, would not get bureaucratic. It should be open, accessible, so that business had turnover in any case, and the House would help to address these issues. I think this way we will fulfill of the President’s instructions. The government is ready to cooperate," the Prime Minister concluded.
