Joint Stock Company "United Aircraft Corporation" (MOEX: UNAC), Russian national aircraft manufacturer, announces that Closed joint-stock company “MICEX Stock Exchange” in accordance with the Decree № 73-r made a decision to transfer ordinary shares of JSC "UAC” (ISIN: RU000A0JPLZ7) from MICEX SE Non-Listed Securities Segment to MICEX SE Quotation List “B”.

"In order to develop a strong relationships with the investment community and in compliance with the requirements of Moscow Exchange listing rules for the Quotation List “B” JSC "UAC" takes over additional obligations for its corporate governance system, level and volume of information disclosure. We expect that the listing upgrade on the rapidly growing Moscow Exchange should increase attention of investors to JSC "UAC", liquidity of Corporation’s ordinary shares and capitalization of JSC "UAC", said Vice-President for Economics and Finance (CFO) of JSC "UAC" Vladimir Chirikov.
