OREANDA-NEWS. January 31, 2014. The commendation of “National Quality Project Award” was convened in Beijing. SGCC’s Qinghai-Tibet 400kV DC Interconnection Project won the National Gold Prize for Excellent Project.

Based on Quality Development Outline 2011-2020, the National Quality Project Award, the first, multi-industry and cross-disciplinary national construction award requiring the highest standard of specifications, is dedicated to “pursuing excellence and casting the classics”. From 2012 to 2013, 221 projects were recognized as “National Quality Projects” and 11 of them were given the gold prizes.

The Qinghai-Tibet DC Interconnection Project took the top position, which made SGCC a four-consecutive-year winner of the highest honor given by “National Quality Project Award”.
