OREANDA-NEWS. In 2013, Metinvest Group's Northern, Central and Ingulets GOKs produced 34.13m tonnes of marketable products reaching the all-time high over its seven-year history.

In the year of its 50th anniversary SevGOK achieved the highest production rates. The successful business year 2013 ended with another record as SevGOK produced 15m tonnes of concentrate - the best performance since the plant joined the Metinvest Group.

Central GOK also showed great results; it is the third year in a row the plant has achieved the concentrate production plan early and in full. On 2 December CGOK produced the planned 6.1m tonnes of concentrate, and by year end - 6.6m tonnes, a peak performance in seven years. In addition, the plant produced the record-breaking 2.31m tonnes of pellets.
