OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company paid insurance compensation to Gefest Agricultural Enterprise LLC located in Kemerovo Region due to the fire loss sustained by the company. The amount of the payment was over RUB 5.7 m.

The terms of the agro industrial insurance agreement stipulated for insurance protection for agricultural equipment. The policy covered the risk related to fire and water damage, natural disasters, malicious acts of third party, vehicles ramming into the equipment, aircrafts or their debris falling down on the equipment, and other risks.

A fire broke out in July 2013 in the vegetable store, where the equipment was kept. After the required expert examination, the case was recognized as an insured event, and Ingosstrakh Insurance Company paid the enterprise insurance compensation in compliance with the terms of the agreement.
