OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2014. VTB Bank has won six public tenders to extend RUB 1.2 billion worth of loans to the Republic of Komi to finance the region’s budget deficit.

Under contracts to be signed with the Komi Ministry of Finance, VTB will provide loans in the form of non-revolving credit lines for a term of 1,052 days.
