OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2014. IC Allianz has concluded four large insurance contracts in respect of the country estates located in different districts of the Moscow Region within Allianz Cottage package insurance program comprising country cottages, property and liability insurance. The total value of the contracts is 844 millions 347 thousand rubles.

In the Odintsovsky district, a cottage with a swimming pool and a garage is insured for 390 millions 369 thousand rubles against basic risks (fire, explosion, lightning stroke and falling aircrafts).

In the Krasnogorsky district, the insurance coverage against extended risk package is provided for a country residential house with a SPA complex, household outbuildings and movable estate. The insurance amount under the policy is 298 millions 124 thousand rubles.

In the Solnechnogorsky district, a cottage is insured to the amount of 94 millions 336 thousand rubles. The building with finishing and technical equipment is covered against a full risk package.

In the Leninsky district, IC Allianz also insured a country house. The insurer’s liability under the contract amounts to 61 millions 518 thousand rubles. The residential house with movable estate is covered against an extended risk package.
