OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2014. Armenia Stock Exchange announced the winners in the nomination for the Best Exchange Member of 2013. ARARATBANK was recognized as a winner in three nominations at a time.

By 2013 results of the awards ceremony taking place for the fourth year, ARARATBANK has been recognized as the Best Exchange Member in Corporate Securities Market already for the third time. Within the previous year the volume of transactions with Government bonds executed by ARARATBANK stood at AMD 2,5 billion. It should be mentioned as well that the Bank offers brokerage and custody services to its customers and has been acting as an agent of the Ministry of Finance in the field of public debt management since 2007.

ARARATBANK was recognized the best in the nomination for the Best Exchange Member in Credit Resources Market due to the active performance on the platform of credit resources.

The next honorable nomination is Grand Prix Best Exchange Member 2013, awarded to ARARATBANK for the second time. This title is issued to the company active on all the markets of NASDAQ OMX Armenia, which is also an active issuer. Please, be reminded that in 2012 ARARATBANK was the first company to issue and place USD bonds.
Note that the prize is awarded once a year to the best Stock Exchange member companies as at December 31 of each year.
