Grodno Azot's Net Profit Reduces 26% in Jan-Sep 2013 to USD 28.9m
OREANDA-NEWS. Net profit of Belarusian OAO Grodno Azot reduced 26% on the year in January-September 2013 to 276.066 billion Belarusian rubles (USD 28.9 million), according to the Q3 report of the Finance Ministry's Department for bonds and securities.
Grodno Azot's revenues reached 7.159 trillion rubles (USD 750.4 million), up 15.7% on the year.
The company's statutory capital is owned by 1,080 shareholders, including 1 entity and 1,079 individuals.
The statutory capital of Grodno Azot is made up of 6.518 billion shares with a face value of Br550,000 (USD 57.7). There was no dividend payout for Q3 2013.
The average number of employees at Grodno Azot stands at 10,628.
Grodno Azot was founded in 1963 and transformed into an open joint-stock company in 2002. The state controls 99.97% in the company. Grodno Azot is the main producer of liquid ammonia, nitrogen fertilizers, methanol, caprolactam, biodiesel fuel.
