OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2014. A business trip of the Regional Development Minister of Kazakhstan Bolat Zhamishev took place in West Kazakhstan Region.

Minister has visited the integrated house-building factory LLP "CV Plus" in the first half of the day. The first phase of the project for house-building factory’s construction was implemented in the framework of "Affordable Housing - 2020" program in 2013. The project’s capacity is 40 square meters of housing per year. At present, the company has already started to build houses on the system of precast and cast-in-situ structure within the "Affordable Housing - 2020" program. Currently a zero-cycle is being constructed. House-building factory has received support through the "Business Road Map - 2020" program.

Minister became acquainted with construction process of residential apartment houses under the "Affordable Housing - 2020" program in Zashagan village of Oral City. There were constructed two residential apartment complexes with 75 flats and four residential apartment houses with 90 flats for young families in 2013 for the people on the Akimat’s waiting list. Then, the Minister visited construction plant under the "Ak Bulak" program in Dostyk village of Taskala District. 12, 9 km of water networks was laid here after the reconstruction.

Bolat Zhamishev saw round the residential apartment houses renovated by the modernization program of housing and communal services until 2020 the following day.

After that, Bolat Zhamishev visited the glass making plant LLP "Steklo Servis". Today, the company supplies its products to Atyrau, Aktobe and Mangystau regions, as well as to the neighboring regions of the Russian Federation. The company is actively developing thanks to the support of the state under the program "Business Road Map - 2020”.
