SB Bank Ranks No.2 for Customer Service Level
OREANDA-NEWS. As of year-end 2013 SB Bank ranks No.2 for Customer Service Level among Russian banks in “Public rating” of the recognized financial portal Banki.ru. It is valuable that it was a public opinion poll: the rating was based on positive and negative customer feedback about the service level and the quality of the services Russian banks provide. Average merit of SB Bank in the preceding year is 4.51 on a five-grade scale - this is a high estimate made by the bank clients.
