OREANDA-NEWS. ZAO"Aviastar-SP" is planning to increase the number of personnel 700 persons more. Within the state contract on transport aircraft Il-76МД-90А serial construction, production program provides new working places creation.

The main sources of personnel renewal are: staff of the industrial plants, that have great financial and economic problems; nationals, who live abroad; educational institution graduates and students.

First of all, main production workers acceptance is carried out: assembly work artificers, aircraft details development artificers, computer control machine operators, millers and turners. More than 200 students have been accepted during the year 2013.

"Aviastar" has developed its own system of personnel training. In 2009 a resource center on aviation specialists training together with the Ulyanovskiy Technical College was created. In 2012 "Aviastar" opened its own studying center, where working personnel are being prepared. A "living allowance" is paid to the students, and a system of "tutors" is being carried out at the plant. A special program of giving additional guarantees to the nationals is being prepared.

And also a housing program, that allows workers to buy accommodation within a short period of time and on preferential terms, is being realized. "The program has great prospects. Almost 200 aircraft builders have bought new apartments. In 2014 about 150 persons will become participants of the housing program,- noted Vadim Oveichuk, ZAO "Aviastar-SP" personnel director".
