Fortune Oil PLC said that, after the transfer of its Fortune Gas Business to China Gas Holdings Ltd last year and the integration of the two companies businesses, Li Ching has been appointed executive director of China Gas. Li Ching is an executive director at Fortune Oil.

China Gas Group Ltd is the joint venture in which Fortune has a 50% interest. It holds a 14.69% interest in China Gas Holdings Ltd.
