OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2014. NBM explains the growth by an increase in external net asses of NBM by MDL 1 billion 199.5 million.

At the same time, internal net assets decreased by MDL 17.4 million. Money in circulation increased from MDL 16 billion 937.9 million in November to 17 billion 550.5 million in December.

In the reporting period, M2 increased MDL 1 billion 789.8 million (4.1%) to MDL 45 billion 117.1 million. M3 rose MDL 1 billion 923.7 million (3.2%) to MDL 62 billion 631.52 million as of the end of December, 2013.

The growth in M3 was explained by the increase in its components as a result of the rises in an amount of money in circulation by MDL 612.6 million and in a total balance of deposits by MDL 1 billion 311.1 million month-on-month. In particular, the balance of deposits attracted in the national currency increased by MDL 1 billion 177.2 million.
