OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2014. In December 2013 the volume of mortgage loans issued by the banks to individuals in Moldovan lei, declined compared with the previous month by 2.7 % - up to 74.77 million lei.

As it was informed in the National Bank, loans for construction in December 2013 were granted at an average interest rate of 9.79 % p.a. (9.6% in November).

The average interest rate on loans for construction for a period from 1 to 2 years in December 2013 amounted to 11.49 % p.a., for the period from 2 to 5 years - 9.65 % p.a., for the period exceeding 5 years - 9.79%.
