This year, too, the job and career portal www.cvmarket.lv <http://www.cvmarket.lv> has held the conference "Most Desirable Employer in Latvia 2013" during which TOP 10 most desirable employers in Latvia of last year have been duly awarded. Compared with last year Lattelecom has climbed up one position, and is now listed in the 2nd place.

It's interesting to note that in 15% instances positive feedback has been given by ex-employees of Lattelecom. Career growth possibilities, stability and ambitions, as well as highly motivating work environment have been listed as the key positive factors characterising the company's operation. The participants of the survey have appraised the managers who are highly professional and focused on fulfilment of the goals, a highly motivating remuneration system, as well as mandatory career growth of each individual - in such manner Lattelecom assists the employees to grow along with the company without setting any limitations as to professional growth of the employees.

The respondents have most frequently mentioned such factors as that the companies are loyal, possess quality cooperation culture and have a prestigious brand. In addition, the respondents of the survey have also appraised the remuneration and financial security, as well as the social benefits provided which make the employees feel secure.

This year the survey also provided the opportunity to indicate whether the respondent has previously worked for the relevant company. Based on the results, the persons who currently no longer work for the relevant job position that they have indicated in the questionnaire have still given positive feedback about their previous company. The respondents have also frequently given their evaluation, based on the positive experience enjoyed by their friends and acquaintances. Such situation allows to measure the results of the survey from a different and much broader perspective.
