Eni Reports on Purchase of Treasury Shares
OREANDA-NEWS. During the period from January 13 to January 17, 2014, Eni acquired n. 865,000 shares for a total consideration of ˆ 14,911,821.85, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni's Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 10 May 2013, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
