OREANDA-NEWS. January 23, 2014. As it was informed in the National Bureau of Statistics, the average salary in November 2013 grew by 2.5%. The average salary in the budgetary sector made 3374,3 lei, or 1.4% more than in November 2012, in the real sector of the economy it increased by 9.5%- up to 3965,2 lei.

The lowest average salary in Moldova is registered in the fishing industry- 2023,7 lei (+25.4% compared to November 2012). The average salary of workers of agriculture and forestry amounted to 2828,3 lei (+14,1%).

Average salary in hotel and restaurant business remains low- 2576,5 lei (-3,4% to November 2012), as well as in education - 3066,7 lei (+4,3%) and trade - 3177,5 lei (+7,7%). The highest average salary in the country is traditionally registered in the banking and financial sector of Moldova. In November 2013, it amounted to 7250,8 lei, increasing by 15.2% compared to November 2012.

The average monthly salary at the enterprises of heat-power- gas and water sector amounted to 5508 lei (+6,3% to November 2012), real estate companies -4986,3 lei (+12,9%), companies in the transport and communications sector- 4219,9 lei (+6%), in public administration - 4634,2 lei (+1,7%).

The average salary in the construction companies amounted to 4009,1 lei (+5,5%), in mining industry - 3878,9 lei (+5,2%), in the processing industry - 3780,4 lei (+5,7%), healthcare and social assistance - 3594,2 lei (+5.8).
