As the very first five-star hotel of low-carbon concept in China, Tianjin Jingqi Shengguang Marriott Hotel is located at the junction of Fenghuangshan Avenue and Dongyi Road in Qixian County of Tianjin. The low-carbon concept is fully reflected in terms of both the overall design and the management. Nine environmental protection systems have been designed for the hotel, for instance, solar water heating system, intelligent energy conservation management system, reclaimed water system, LED energy saving lamp and lightening system. This hotel is designed with a total floorage area of 56,756.6 square meters. It consists of five floors above the ground and one underground floor, respectively covering the floorage area of 49,025.3 square meters and 7,731.3 square meters. Now the project has entered into the final refined decoration and the closeout stage.
