OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2014. Rosneft announces that is the deadline for accepting the Voluntary offer to acquire shares of RN Holding minority shareholders.

Shares to be sold under the Voluntary offer shall be credited to Rosneft business account within January 21 to February 4, 2014.

Shares will be paid in cash within 15 calendar days after they are credited to Rosneft account (that is, no later than February 19, 2014). Sberbank of Russia issued to a bank guarantee for the Rosneft Voluntary offer.
