OREANDA-NEWS.  January 21, 2014. Nordea intends to simplify the legal structure, therefore Nordea Bank Finland operations in the Baltic countries as well as all the assets and liabilities will be moved to the parent company – Nordea Bank AB.

For most of our customers it means no change – the banking operations will continue as they are. Some few customers will be asked to sign formal consents however there will be no change in terms and conditions. These customers will be informed in person.

Nordea plans to have the transfer carried out by April 2014.
