OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2014. Holders of MasterCard Xameleon, Nordea Gold, or MasterCard Platinum credit cards have been able to enjoy a new free service – purchase insurance.

This insurance protects the customers’ purchases against accidental damage as well as in cases where the purchase is affected by burglary or robbery. The insurance is valid when the purchase is paid with a Nordea credit card.

In the event of accidental damage, burglary, or robbery, purchase insurance is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, with a minimum purchase amount of 100 EUR. The maximum purchase price is 2,000 EUR when paid with MasterCard Xameleon and Nordea Gold cards and 5,000 EUR when paid with a MasterCard Platinum credit card. The deductable amount in all cases is 50 EUR.
