SORAINEN Latvia has advised British American Tobacco, the leading tobacco group with a significant global presence for over 100 years and brands sold in around 180 countries, in the sale of its real estate consisting of land plots, a warehouse and an office building located in Riga, Latvia for the purchase price of EUR 2.6 million.

SORAINEN assisted the client in all stages of the sale in relation to the legal aspects of the transaction including preparation of the purchase agreement for the sale of the real estate and escrow account agreement, handling the process of registration of the buyer’s title in the Land Register and handover of the real estate to the buyer.
