OREANDA-NEWS.  January 21, 2014. A regular session of the KPO Leadership Seminar was organised at the Arman Complex to analyse performance results for 2013 and discuss the company’s targets and priorities for 2014. 

The goal of the meeting was to discuss and develop practical solutions to improve the efficiency of personnel teamwork, to enhance each employee’s accountability and role for the achievement of the company’s key performance targets and to ensure transparency in business.

In his opening speech, KPO General Director, Damiano Ratti provided an overview of company’s current achievements and set new performance targets for 2014.  Operations Director, Luca Vignati and HSEQ Controller Steven Wright followed up on the same topic and announced KPO’s operational indicators as well as company’s performance indicators in the area of Health, Safety and Environment.

In addition, the session focused on specific leadership challenges at KPO during which the seminar participants were encouraged to analyse video materials and real-life business case studies.

Interactive group activities and discussions were also organised during the seminar to consolidate personnel leadership and teamwork skills.

International Master of Sports and multiple champion for the CIS, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Denis Urubko was invited to the seminar.  He talked about his experience and shared his vision on vital aspects of leadership, teamwork and motivation.
