In recent years, TISCO constantly integrates its advantage of engineering technology, accelerates the pace of export of the complete engineering technology, the engineering technology project contracting and service have achieved leapfrog development for three years. In 2012, the revenue of the engineering technology project contracting and service increased 1.97 times over 2011, the profit increased by 53.12%. The profit increased by 28.8% in 2013, which became the new point of efficiency growth in TISCO’s diversified development.
 
Due to the continuous downturn of the iron and steel industry, the structure adjustment of domestic iron and steel industry is gradually accelerating. While accelerating the structure adjustment, strengthening the research and development and promoting the sustainable development, TISCO integrates its innovation resources, creates the platform to export iron and steel technologies, energy saving and environmental protection technologies, industrial automation and control technologies. In 2010, by integrating the quality resources of TISCO’s Information and Automation Company, Coking Technology and Engineering Company and Metallurgical Technology and Engineering Company, TISCO’s Shanxi Taigang Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. was established mainly based on Taigang Design Institute to accelerate the export pace of the complete engineering technology. Now Shanxi Taigang Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. mainly provides the engineering contracting and service on stainless steel engineering technology, together with the technologies of energy saving and environmental protection, circular economy, IT, automation and product manufacturing.
 
The person in charge of the company said, “In recent years, when providing engineering and services for TISCO, Shanxi Taigang Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. continuously expanded the development of the external markets and finished the projects in Xinjiang, Guangxi, Tianjin and so on. The export of the engineering technology reached a newer level.”
 
While promoting the export of iron and steel based engineering technology, Shanxi Taigang Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. seized the opportunity of the energy structure adjustment in chemical industry, combined the technology of the metallurgical lime kiln with chemical industry and opened a new area for export of engineering technology. In 2011, TISCO entered into a contract with Xinjiang Zhongtai (Group) Co. Ltd. for three 600t twin-shaft lime vertical kilns. In 2012, TISCO entered into another contract with Xinjiang Zhongtai (Group) Co. Ltd. for the second phase of the twin-shaft lime vertical kiln project. In 2013, TISCO entered into engineering contracts with Xinjiang Zhongtai Toksun Company and Xinjiang Blue Ridge Tunhe Chemical Industry Joint Stock Co. Ltd.. The export of engineering technology made new achievements.
 
In recent years, TISCO gives full play to the advantages of brand, resources, technology, management and culture and speeds up the development of the diversified industries such as new materials, engineering technology, modern finances, trade, logistics and social service according to the policy of “relying on, serving and developing together with the main business”.
