High-purity oxygen, as a kind of high value-added product, has been extensively applied in fiber optics and semiconductor industry to mainly manufacture the high-class fuel cell, laser cutting device for steel products and electronic communicational component for producing large scale integrated circuit and special instruments.

The high-purity oxygen production in WISCO can be traced to the 1990s. However, the limited production and storage capacity hindered the expansion of external market. In recent years, with the rapid development in the electronic industry and extensive application of high-purity oxygen, the high-purity oxygen sale is seen as a new profit driver. Therefore, a considerable sum of capital was put into revamping the high-purity oxygen production in order to improve the production and storage capacity and break the bottleneck of high-purity oxygen sale.

At present, Oxygen Company, WISCO has monthly production scales of 24,000 cubic meters and annual output value of 1 million Yuan. The product sales cover the eastern China, southern China, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, etc.. It is learned that, the high-purity oxygen manufacturing and marketing will be further improved to meet the special demands of high-end customers with ultra high-purity oxygen products and specialized service.
