Fitch Improved Prognosis for Kazakhtelecom Credit Ratings
OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2014. "FitchRatings" International rating agency envisaged Kazakhtelecom JSC issuer’s long-term default rating prognosis from "Negative" to "Stable" and confirmed LTIR on "BB" level.
According to agency’s information improvement of prognosis is conditioned by considerable reduction of company’s debt load in result of debt redemption at expense of equity, and reduction and revision of company’s capital costs that in result will secure more deliberate leverage coefficient.
"FitchRatings"agency noted Kazakhtelecom JSC strong positions on fixed communication market, and leading positions in broadband segment, including thanks to rapid diversion of optical infrastructure in key regions.
