OREANDA-NEWS.  January 15, 2014. The board of directors (the “Board”) of Angang Steel Company Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the fifth meeting of the sixth session of the supervisory committee of the Company (the “Supervisory Committee”) was held.

At the meeting, the Supervisory Committee has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Xu Zhiwu as the chairman of the sixth session of the Supervisory Committee.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises the following Directors:
