OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2014. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Zarechnaya Coal Company, LLC, to pay accrued interest on the fourth coupon of the company’s Series 01 bond issue.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 10.8% per annum, or 53 rubles 85 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 161,550,000 rubles.

The company offered its seven-year bond issue to raise 3 billion rubles on December 30, 2011.
