Crude Oil Production

The amount of 2,219,482 tons of crude oil was produced at JSC TATNEFT in December accounting for 100.6 percent versus December, 2012 (+12,580 tons). The amount of 26,107,140 tons of crude oil was produced during the year, which was 102,036 tons more than in 2012 (100.4 percent) with the above-the-plan production in the amount of 707,140 tons (102.8 percent).

The amount of 25,638,204 tons of oil was delivered with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 739,404 tons.

New Drilling

The new drilling penetration for 2013 amounted to 534.4 thousand meters (651.1 thousand meters in 2012). Of this amount 424.2 thousand meters (476.9 thousand meters in 2012) were penetrated for JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 404.5 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 19.7 thousand meters. 27.6 thousand meters (54.0 thousand meters in 2012) were penetrated for the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 17.7 thousand meters and exploratory drilling in the amount of 9.9 thousand meters.

363 wells (441 wells during 2012) were constructed and delivered to the customers with 276 wells (295 wells during 2012) delivered to JSC TATNEFT, including 267 wells of production drilling and 9 wells of exploratory drilling.

21 wells were delivered to OOO "Tatneft-Samara" (29 wells during 2012), including 13 wells of production drilling and 8 wells of exploratory drilling.

Active Well Stock Drilling

The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores in 2013 amounted to 53.3 thousand meters (50.1 thousand meters during 2012). Of this amount 24.5 thousand meters (25.6 thousand meters in 2012) were drilled for JSC TATNEFT.

116 wells (101 wells during 2012) were delivered to the customers. Of this amount 72 wells (68 wells in 2012) were delivered to JSC TATNEFT.

In average 34 drilling crews were performing well drilling operations from the beginning of 2013, while 13 drilling crews were engaged in drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performed drilling operations to bitumen deposits at Ashalchinskoye oil field for NGDU "Nurlatneft".

The penetration per crew in new drilling amounted to 15,368 m in 2013. 43.3 thousand meters were penetrated outside the Republic of Tatarstan.

Repair of Wells

At the facilities of JSC TATNEFT the crews of well remedial servicing and  workover and crude oil recovery enhancement performed remedial servicing operations in  the reporting 2013 in 8,510 wells, while the workover operations were carried out in 2,636 wells, including production string sealing performed in 221 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 163 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection in 183 wells, liquidation of downhole complications and cleaning of production casing and bottomhole in 149 wells, installation of isolating packers and dual completion systems in 163 wells.

98 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan, including 92 wells for "Tatneft-Samara" and 3 wells  for   OOO "Tatneft-Severny" and JSC "Ilekneft" each.

Formation hydrofracking operations were performed in 605 wells. 22 small diameter wells were drilled and completed.

Works on oil recovery enhancement were performed in 2,362 wells with application of chemical methods in 1,138 wells.

Bottomhole area treatment operations with application of JSC TATNEFT's technologies were performed in 3,742 wells.

Production Performance of the JSC TANECO

The TANECO Complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 731 thousand tons of crude oil and yielded 727.6 thousand tons of petroleum products in December, 2013.
