UTair Releases Android Application
OREANDA-NEWS. In addition to its iOS app released in 2013, UTair Aviation has released an Android mobile application allowing passengers access to UTair online services. Passengers using Android and iOS platforms on their mobile devices now have access to a wide range of services:
Flight check in with seat choice option, access to personal STATUS card account, and the ability to send boarding ticket via email for printing. Boarding tickets can be printed from email, at self-service stations or registration boards at the airport.
Flight information accessible by flight number or city of departure, including route, start and end times for registration at the airport, at self service stations, and on-line as well as actual departure and arrival times.
Contact information for UTair representatives in cities of the UTair route network, hotline numbers and STATUS program phone numbers.
Access to archive of boarding passes from previous flights
Cancellation option for check-in
The application enhances availability of UTair's online services for passengers and allows to check in for a flight and to choose a seat up to 24 hours in advance without using a computer.
The application is free for download from Play Market.
iOS and Android users flying from Moscow are able to print their tickets at Reprint Terminals located in Vnukovo International Airport. After mobile registration is complete a passenger will receive a unique QR-code saved in the Boarding Pass directory. The boarding pass will be printed automatically when the terminal reads a passenger's QR-code from the screen of their mobile device.
