OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2014. Sinochem Fertilizer Macao Commercial Offshore Limited - a subsidiary of Sinofert Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed enterprise under Sinochem Group - signed a MOU with Canpotex on the exclusive agency cooperation in China for year 2014.

Both parties intend to conclude a cooperative deal at 1 million tons in 2014, and the detailed contract price will be subject to both the results of potash fertilizer import price in 2014 and their mutual negotiation.
