OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2014. Re-election of the BoD Chairperson and BoD Deputy Chairperson.

The Board of Directors elected Ruslan Raisovich Magadeev, Deputy Director of Analytical Center at Rosseti, the BoD Chairperson. Anton Mikhailovich Kislyakov, Head of a Directorate of the Legal Department at Rosseti was approved as the BoD Deputy Chairperson.

Approval of a lead manager for the Company's commercial papers

The Board of Directors approved Gazprombank, as the lead manager of the Company's commercial papers (series BО 02, BО 03, BО 04, BО 05).
 
Besides, the Board of Directors approved the Insurance Program, Non-state Staff Retirement Program, and Company's annual purchase program for 2014.
