OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2014. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has met its obligations by buying back 49.0% of its Series 03 bond issue under the buyback option.

On the option exercise day, the bondholders filed requests for the Bank to buy back 2,429,936 bonds. The securities were bought back at 100% of their par value. On the same day, the Bank sold 1,500,000 bonds on the market.

Sviaz-Bank offered its Series 03 bond issue to raise 5 billion rubles on the floor of the MICEX Stock Exchange on December 22, 2011.
