When 'VTB Pension Fund' PPF was rated, the conservative policy of, and acceptable return on, invested pension accruals, which exceeds the cumulative inflation, and the acceptable level of terminated contracts were highlighted as positive factors by the Agency.

Low sufficiency of PSA, super-concentration of the Foundation's business on the OPI market and low diversification of pension assets by management companies were regarded as the rating-restraining factors.
