OREANDA-NEWS. January 10, 2014. In 2013, Zhambyl enterprises included in the Industrialization Map manufactured products worth 38.5 billion tenge, the region's akimat said.

29 industrial projects were launched in Zhambyl region. 19 of them operate at 60% of planned capacity. More than 4 thousand jobs were created.

On the whole, 40 projects totaling 553 billion tenge were included in the Industrialization Map in Zhambyl region.

In addition, 178 projects got 22.9 billion tenge in interest rate subsidies under "Business Roadmap 2020". 6.5 billion tenge was allocated for the development of industrial infrastructure for 40 projects.

Zhambyl region also attracts investments from Russia, Czech Republic, Japan, France, Germany, Iran.
