OREANDA-NEWS. The Uralmashplant's walking dragline ESH 11.75 is implemented in open pit of OAO "Krichevtsementnoshifer". Today, it's the most powerful dragline of customer.

Since the first working day the dragline became the main machine of enterprise. The dragline is used for stripping new open pit in the deposit "Kamenka". Raw material gets from the open pit to the new chalk mining and processing cement plant that is the biggest in Republic of Belarus.

Hereafter the walking dragline ESH 11.75 will be used in accordance with "two bench" approach as opposed to alternative and less efficient "three bench" approach applied for smaller class machines. The dragline will be assembled at the second level of the pit. Raw material extraction for cement making will be increased by reason of the machine's large digging depth.

The dragline ESH 11.75 (11 cub. m. capacity bucket and 75 m boom) is equipped with the numerical control system, the central self-lubrication system with usage of Lincoln accessories. Taking in consideration field experience of previous machines, superstructure is reinforced, basic mechanisms (hoist and drag winches, swinging and walking mechanisms) are modified, cover for filter-ventilation equipments is provided. All these things increase the operation life of the equipment, reduce the time and service costs, increase dragline productivity. In addition, the cab design is modified in accordance with the customer desire that provides more comfortable work for the crew.

It is the second walking dragline, manufactured by Uralmashplant for enterprises of Belarus. The first dragline ESH 11.75 was shipped to the OAO "Krasnoselskstroymateriali" in 2011.
