OREANDA-NEWS. Kirov-Stankomash (a subsidiary of the Kirov Group) was commissioned by one of Russia's largest automobile manufacturers - JSC GAZ - to retrofit its Gleason К725Е gear-broaching machine.

While working to fulfill the GAZ Group order, Kirov-Stankomash will undertake an overhaul of the gear-broaching machine and upgrade its electrics. In carrying out this project, the Kirov-Stankomash team will work at the plant's main production site within Kirovsky Zavod's premises in St. Petersburg.

After repair and retrofitting, the machine's characteristics will conform to those of a newly manufactured machine.
