OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 December c.y. General Directo (Chairman of the management Board) of “KazTransOil” JSC Kairgeldy Kabyldin and President of “Rosneft NC” OJSC Igor Sechin endorsed the agreement for provision of oil transportation services.

Given document provides for the same conditions, set in “Provisional agreement for oil transportation across the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and guarantees”. In particular, “KazTransOil” JSC provides to “Rosneft NC” OJSC services of oil transportation in direction to CPR on the route Priirtyshsk - Atasu - Alashankou in the amount of 7 MTA starting from 1 January 2014. The contract term - 5 years, with an option of automatic prolongation for the additional 5 years. Payment under the contract shall be made in compliance with the tariffs set in the procedure, established in legislation of RoK.
