OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2013. Sviaz-Bank paid the full amount of interest accrued on the fourth coupon of its Series 03 bonds on its due date.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 9% per annum, or 44 rubles 88 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 224,397,083 rubles in coupon interest after tax.

Sviaz-Bank offered its third bond issue by public subscription on the floor of the MICEX Stock Exchange on December 22, 2011. A total of 5 million securities were sold at a par value of 1,000 rubles each.

The Bank’s Series 03 bonds have been put on the Quotation List B of the MICEX Stock Exchange CJSC.

Fitch Ratings Agency has given the BB-long-term rating in the national currency to the bonds, and the AA-(rus) long-term rating on the national scale.
