OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2013. The company has put into commercial operation an automated system "Production control of industrial safety and labor protection". It has successfully passed testing at the "Almetyevneft" Oil and Gas Production Board of JSC TATNEFT.

This automated system has no analogues in the Russian enterprises. Implementation of this pilot project has allowed systematizing collection, formation and storage of information about violations, their prompt analyzing according to various criteria, assessing the inspections quality in terms of coverage of all the facilities and "detecting" violations, as well as registering in the program not only schedules and inspection results, but also the outcome: reports and execution of improvement orders.

The system forms a monthly inspection schedule for each facility that allows for a more complete coverage of all the division's facilities. The process of implementing the production control is visualized. In case of detecting violations, the facility is highlighted in red, while after their elimination the facility is marked green in the electronic journal. Uninspected facilities remain colorless in the system.

The system is constantly evolving and expanding. At present, the possibility of developing a mobile version of the system is under review that would allow the professionals, who perform production control, entering data into the system in the course of the inspection without leaving the facility.

The "Production control of industrial safety and labor protection" system has been granted a certificate of state registration. The system is currently being implemented in all the structural divisions of the Company. About 980 specialists have been trained in the divisions for operating the system.
