OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has assigned a credit rating to OOO Stroi Prestizh (Moscow). The rating is “BBB” on the national scale and “BB” on the international scale, in both cases with a stable outlook.

According to the agency, the rating is based on solid ties to a major construction group, past success in major residential and infrastructure construction projects, and consistently profitable operations.

Constraining factors include a modest market share.

OOO Stroi Prestizh [trs. Construction Prestige LLC] is a private-sector Russian company owned by Sergei Alexeyevich Karpukhin, Alexander Ivanovich Shishkin and Dmitri Pavlovich Levichev. It was registered in December 2005 and since that time has acted as a general contractor (and occasionally buyer) on a range of construction projects.
