The low ratios of receivables and payables to assets as well as the low commission fee are regarded as positive factors.

Negative factors still remain: low diversification and reliability of reinsurance coverage, the high net loss and combined net loss ratios, rather small size and low geographic diversification of the insurance portfolio.
