OREANDA-NEWS. BTA Bank JSC (hereinafter - Bank) kindly notifies that on December 19, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Bank took resolution on entering into related party transaction by BTA Bank JSC on sale of shares of Temirleasing JSC owned by BTA Bank JSC.

Subject to above, please be kindly notified on entering into sale and purchase agreement in respect of shares of Temirleasing JSC.

The right of ownership for common shares of Temirleasing JSC appears at the purchaser upon his receipt of requisite consents/authorizations of the authorized state agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for acquisition of common shares of Temirleasing JSC.
